To create a new page, simple “search” for it. When it doesn't find it, click the “Create This Page” at the top of the page. To create a page in a folder, search for “foldername”:pagename. If the foldername before the colon(:) doesn't exist, it will be created.

Or, even easier, just add :pagename(or :foldername:foldername:etc…:pagename if you want to put it in folders) to the end of whatever page you are on in the address bar and follow the same “Create This Page” link.
